The website is operated by Vanitas Inc , doing business as Vanitas (“Vanitas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. No Binding Offer or Manufacturing Agreement

Information presented on this website does not constitute:

  • An agreement to manufacture or develop any product

Descriptions of Vanitas’ capabilities, equipment, services, product categories, certifications, ingredients, processes, testing, regulatory support, sustainability initiatives, production capacity, and lead times are general in nature.

Specific capabilities and requirements may vary depending on the formula, product category, packaging format, order quantity, component availability, testing requirements, regulatory considerations, production schedule, and scope of work.

Website information should not be relied upon as confirmation that Vanitas can develop, manufacture, fill, assemble, package, test, or otherwise support a specific product. Project feasibility and commercial terms must be confirmed directly by Vanitas in writing.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Vanitas.
